Habtamu Fekadu is working in Wollega University, Ethiopia. He is a PhD student in Food Science and Post Harvest Techology, Haramaya University , Ethiopia. He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in in Food Science and Nutrition, Addis Ababa University , Ethiopia, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
