Prof. Taha Rababah has completed his PhD at the age of 31 years from University of Arkansas/ Fayetteville (USA) in 2004. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute in several national and international journals. His research interests in food processing engineering and flavor chemistry; design and fabrication of food processing in different factories; chemical and physical food processing engineering; identification and characterization of phytochemicals; sensory science.
